Description: When inserting video into Open Office Impress, the error appears that the format is not compatible.

Pre-condition:
1. Windows 10 operating system start
2. Open Office v4.0.0
3. Video in mp4 format
Steps:
1. Open the open Office Impress
2. Select the insert tab
3. Click is audio and video
4. From the PC select a video in mp4 format
Current Result:
It does not allow to insert the video in mp4 format, it gives me an error message "the file of the selected format is not compatible".
Expected result:
Insert a video in mp4 format, be able to reproduce it in the presentation of exhibition works.

Did you confirm that the video is in MP4 format rather than another format where the file has been renamed using the mp4 extension?
You might also try updating your version of OpenOffice, as I tried an mp4 file just before writing this using OpenOffice 4.1.7 and it worked as expected.
