Autocorrect
Autocorrect
I am a recent beginner user and have open office on my laptop. I recently installed it on my desktop. I have added hundreds of entries to my autocorrect. Is there a way to transfer this file? If so....how do I do it? Not that I have noticed any difference, but just FYI I have Vista on my laptop and XP on desktop.
Re: Autocorrect
Check out this thread from the old forum: SOLUTION: to import autocorrect files.

Re: Autocorrect
You mean the OOo Autocorrect file used on your laptop? If so, just copy and paste the files in your OOo user profile \Users\<name>\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.org2\user\autocorr (Vista) to \Documents and settings\<user>\Application data\OpenOffice.org2\user\autocorr (XP).carlac wrote:I am a recent beginner user and have open office on my laptop.
