Phantom ownership is amazing until something goes wrong, then what?

I'll keep this vague because I don't want to say too much about who I am, but I've had a Phantom for about four years now and it's honestly been trouble free until last month when the self levelling suspension started sitting low on one side overnight. The dealer wants it in for a week and quoted a number that I won't repeat because people will assume I'm showing off. I'm not looking to cheap out on a car like this, I just don't like being held hostage by one option. I've been asking around quietly and someone mentioned a best Rolls-Royce repair workshop in Sharjah that apparently handles these cars properly, but it's hard to verify because most owners don't post about their service experiences publicly. If anyone here has actually used an independent for a Rolls or even a Bentley, I'd like to know how it went, because I'm nervous about letting anyone outside the dealer network touch the suspension.
