[Résolu]déconnexion continuelle open office 4.1.15 [macOS]

[Petitpere]

J’avais pensé avoir résolu mon problème mais ce n'est pas le cas.
En fait: après avoir téléchargé, une Nouvelle fois la version 4.1.15
depuis le site officiel, on peut ouvrir une feuille j’ai cru le problème résolu.j’ai fermé l’appli.
Lorsque j’ai rouvert j’ai eu une déconnection immédiate.
J’ai enlevé la Balise [résolu]

Déconnexion continuelle de open office que ce soit texte ou classeur
Demande de relancer et invite à récupérer des données
parfois on demande de récupérer des éléments supprimés.

Le phénomène se produit depuis la mise à jour de la version 4.1.15

Vous indiquez 4.1.5 dans le titre et votre signature mais 4.1.15 dans le message.

D'accord avec la remarque du modérateur. Accès direct à votre signature pour la corriger. Merci également de corriger le titre de votre premier message si nécessaire.

Demande de relancer et invite à récupérer des données
parfois on demande de récupérer des éléments supprimés.

Demande récurrente de récupération.
Parfois, il persiste des fichiers cachés de moins de 1 ko qui se créent dès l'ouverture d'un document
.~lock.NOM_du_fichier.odt# ou pour calc .~lock.NOM_du_fichier.ods#
conçus pour la lecture du fichier en réseau.
En principe, ces fichiers se ferment avec le document, mais en cas de coupure, de corruption, etc. ces fichiers .~lock persistent.
Il suffit de supprimer les .~lock.

Le fichier .~lock.NOM_du_fichier.odt# se trouve au même niveau (dans le même dossier...) que le fichier qui l'a créé.
Parfois se crée également un fichier .~lock dans le Profil qu'il convient aussi de supprimer. (Il est supprimé de facto dans une purge du profil).
Donc, si la suppression du fichier .~lock ne suffit pas Purger les profils avec l'outil dédié (purge complète) ou réaliser la procédure manuelle Purge des profils utilisateur (sur macOS : [macOS] Purge simplifiée du profil utilisateur.

Le phénomène se produit depuis la mise à jour de la version 4.1.15

Vérifiez que vous avez installé conformément au tutoriel [AOO] Installation OpenOffice 4.x sur macOS

Problème survenu après téléchargements version 4.1.5 idem version 4.1.13
Le téléchargement se passe normalement une feuille de calcul s'ouvre et peut être utilisée si l'on quitte logiciel lorsque on réactive: message de déconnexion automatique le logiciel ne peut pas être utilisé;

La procédure indiquée : purge simplifiée du profil utilisateur sur macOS vous épargnait la recherche de ce dossier qui se trouve – caché – dans la bibliothèque. Je vous invite à une lecture attentive des réponses qui vous sont faites.

On attend encore la correction demandée du titre du premier message et de votre signature qui indiquent OpenOffice 4.1.5.

Une réponse à ce que je vous ai proposé sur la demande de récupération est également souhaitée. Pour qu'un sujet avance, toute question, toute proposition mérite une suite.

J’avais pensé avoir résolu mon problème mais ce n'est pas le cas.
En fait: après avoir téléchargé, une Nouvelle fois la version 4.1.15
depuis le site officiel, on peut ouvrir une feuille j’ai cru le problème résolu.j’ai fermé l’appli.
Lorsque j’ai rouvert j’ai eu une déconnection immédiate.
J’ai enlevé la Balise [résolu]

Je continue à approfondir" effacement du profil "je viens de trouver un oldopenoffice
dans ma bibliothèque et je reviens vers vous
Je ne manquerai pas de remercier tous les gens du forum qui sont intervenus pour m'aider dès que j'aurais résolu le problème.

Vous avez modifié une partie du premier message si bien qu'il devient difficile de revenir à l'origine du sujet. La chronologie c'est sacré.
Il en reste un peu dont

Déconnexion continuelle de open office que ce soit texte ou classeur
Demande de relancer et invite à récupérer des données
parfois on demande de récupérer des éléments supprimés.

Il faut procéder par ordre, commencer par le début et être précis.

Avant de vous pencher sur une purge du profil et une réinstallation de l'application, je ne vois nulle-part que vous vous êtes assuré qu'il ne s'agit pas de fichier ~.lock qui propose une récupération. Relisez attentivement mon précédent message

Lorsque j’ai rouvert j’ai eu une déconnection immédiate.

Y-a-t-il ouverture d'un message d'avertissement ? que dit-il ? (dans cette éventualité joignez une capture d'écran).

J’ai manqué d'attention et pas compris le sujet de la bibliothèque Cachée pour.accéder au profil open office

J'avais déjà utilisé la bibliothèque aussi j’appliquais bêtement le chemin suivant
Disk HD, Bibliothéque, Appication support ——>là Openoffice est absent

j'ai tout relu et suivi scrupuleusement la procédure décrite par micmac
avec un simple copié collé

Est là open office apparait c’était simple l’application s’est installée et perdure.
