Insert new Row using Java

Hi,
Is there any example that I can look at it for inserting a row in OO Calc using java codes to do it?
Meaning, I want to insert a row between row 1 and row 2.
I found out by using the insertByIndex will able to help me to insert a new row but how can I go about it. I hope someone can enlighten me thanks,
