Help removing margins

hello. i am new to draw. i am scaling an image and it is cutting off the edges like a margin. i have margin set to zero though.
Upload a sample file, your question only then can be answered satisfactorily.
BTW: You still use OpenOffice 3.1 on Windows 10 (your signature)?
