Error 1500 Another installation is ongoing

But no other installation is ongoing... I have tried now several times to install 4.1.5 as admin but get the answer "Another installation is ongoing, you have to abort that before this will continue". (Not exact wording, it is a translation from another language)
How can this be fixed?

Try starting TaskManager (Ctrl Shift Esc) and kill any soffice or openoffice processes shown on TM's tabs. Then immediately, without restarting computer, try installing OO.

Sorry, no other apps running and the error is still present when trying to install.
