I'm trying to open a DOCX document and now it is coming up* with this error. I use Windows

File format error found at
SAXParseException: '[word/document.xml line 2]: Attribute w:eastAsiaTheme redefined
', Stream 'word/document.xml', Line 2, Column 225150(fila,col)

Please if someone can help me with this, i'd be very pleased, it's urgent!
