I have made the switch to OO, however I can't figure out how to get the USPS routing barcode inserted onto my envelopes which I was able to do in MSWord. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

Here is a font file given by acknak that should fit your need : http://www.adams1.com/pub/russadam/shar ... arcode.ttf. Save that file and install the font (under Windows, a mere drag'n drop in the Windows\fonts folder should do the trick), restart OOo and change the postal code number to that font.
