Before I get flamed, Over two weeks, I have seen several posts on this issue but I have been unable to get any of the fixes I found on the site to solve my printing problem. I am at a loss and about to go to get MS Office for Macs.
My OS: OSX 10.5.4; Using OO 2.4; printer HP Officejet J6450.
After doing the Insert, Envelope; I get a screen image with what appears to be a perfectly shaped #10 envelope.
Like other posters, my envelopes (#10) will not print correctly. First, they print in the middle of the document - like a center feeder, but my printer tray adjuster comes from left to right (as you face the printer). In addition, the reply-to address gets cut off.
When I tried the "envelope kit" the sender address was at the "END", but I could not complete the fix because the Printer keeps saying that I have the wrong size paper in the feeder tray. I have checked the set up utility for the printer from the Envelope printer tab, but no solution. The printer thinks there is ALWAYS a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet - no matter what setting I chose.
I have tried every orientation, etc, that I can remember and was hoping that out in the ether is someone who has battled and won.

Re: Envelope Printing HP OfficeJet
Thanks for the link, but before I posted I did try this workaround and was unable to come up with a solution. I was not sure if: 1) Anyone was using a similar printer and found a fix for this issue, or 2) OO3 did resolve this.
