How can I delete an empty page in text?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

It depends. Place your cursor at the end of the blank page and hit the delete key until the page is deleted.
If it is after a table for example, and because of a page break, you've to decrease the font size of the paragraph after the table. There is also a trick: to set the character to hidden for that paragraph IIRC.

Have tried deleting from last page but no result. There is no text on it. I can't upload an empty page. Can I?

We need a page in front and a page behind to see what is causing this.

I am experiencing the same frustration with empty pages. there are three at the end of document and you cannot place a cursor on any of them.
The symbols in non-printing characters view do not copy and paste but look like old fashioned capital J's - see attachment

First time I see that.
Can you upload a sample file?

Are you using Tables or OpenOffice Sections? There can be cases where these force a mandatory blank line, marked by the "old-fashioned J, which in a less ornate type looks like a backwards P (recte a Pilcrow)
