Three diff lines of text inside an oval

I am trying to recreate an emblem which was originally shown to me as a child.

It appeared on metal medallions that were attached to durable items at this particular place.

The medallions were oval in shape, elliptical essentially.

One line of text wrapped along the inside of the top curve of the ellipse.

A second line was broken in two, and centered in the bottom half of the ellipse.

And, the third line was even with the long axis of the ellipse.

Any chance I would be able to do this in Draw?

The bottom part (= my 'second' line above) might be straight, and on multiple lines. It and the first (curving) line would be in a smaller font.

My example contains four graphical element. An ellipse, and three different Fontwork shape. But you can modify it.
You can adjust the sizes, and other properties (shadow, etc...), and you can choose another shape of the Fontwork feature.
And you can use a simple "textbox" for the straight lines: then you can change the font type, size of the text box.

Just try it.
