Open form with a button

I have a main form but I want to put a push button on it that will open another form. Like push the button and it opens the customer form.

note that I think someone found a weakness to the macro provided in the tutorial linked there. Something about losing data in the first form if you don't save first. But I couldn't find the thread I remembered about that, so I could be remembering incorrectly. Or maybe I just didn't find it.
