Apache OpenOffice Community Forum

Hello everyone, I am making a simple presentation on OpenOffice for Mac and when I insert a Picture in a preset template it appears on my screen but not on the icons on the right and when I save the doc, I can only see the text and not the pictures. I have to hand this in tonight and have no idea what I am doing wrong. Help! Thank you L.

PS: I added the photos with the icon INSERT PICTURE directly on page. I have since then learned that I need to embed the photos, howerver when I go to Edit, the "Links" option is blocked off. Any ideas??? Thank you!
