Hi nice to meet you.
I'm a novice of Libre office Base

I have a question about form making.
I've studied about form and subform.
But Is there any way could add 'stand-alone' form which is activated by a button.
and get the data by submiting from that stand-alone form?

(eg. there is a "find" button and if click it,
activate new form and you can find a data by searching
and then click "submit" button on that find form. now I can get the data)

If It's possible, Please hint me :D

That requires some complicated macro programming or a sophisticated setup. As a beginner, better use the simple tool as is until you are familiar with it.

Villeroy offered you sound advice. You should learn to use the power of forms and subforms. You will likely find that you don't really need all the complication of
there is a "find" button and if click it,

and then click "submit" button on that find form. now I can get the data
Often List/Combo boxes on a form/subform provide a good way to search without special search forms
