Invisible form fields and data inputted in templates

Previously I saved a form in template and been using it(opening the template, input data into form fields, and save it into ODT file) with no problem. The template has protected sections so that when I open it I only fill-in the form fields with data without altering the whole document.

But after upgrade to OOo 2.3.1, I encountered this problem: when I open the template and fill-in the form fields, I still could see the form fields and the data I entered in the template, but when I turn to print preview the form fields and the inputted data are no longer visible, Other text/data in the template are still visible. When I save and print the document, the form fields and inputted data are not printed, only the visible text that could be seen in the print preview.

Please help. Thanks!

That does seem strange.
Just a shot in the dark, here... with the form in Form Design mode, double-click on a field to open the Control properties editor. Is the Print option set to No?

The print option in the control properties is already set to yes, and read only option to no. By the way, Im using the Debian version of OOo 1:2.3.1-2. I suspect it's a bug.
THANKS!
