BTW, these .docx all seem to be same problem: repeated/duplicate attribute values. They're very easy to fix without damaging the document: just remove any repeated attributes, leaving one remaining unique value for that attribute.

The big trick is finding the repeats. The error message from OO is not that helpful, as it bails out on the first one. I use software to re-format the xml and then report any errors and what line they appear at. This means it's just a minute or two with a text editor to fix the problem.
