DDE Link in Impress

I am a new adopter to OpenOffice & NeoOffice who has a question regarding DDE Link.
In MSOffice, I normally prepare Excel spreadsheet and then "paste link" into PowerPoint. When I update content in Excel, PowerPoint is automatically updated (sometimes with some manual update).
Search through OOoForum, I understand that OO call this DDE Link and I also found out that OO-Calc & OO-Writer can have such Paste Special with DDE Link. However, it doesn't seem to be such feature in the OO-Impress.
Can anyone helping me on this?
Regards,
Bob
