Post by ronalex »

Welcome beginner. Please answer all of the questions below which may provide information necessary to answer your question.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Which version of OpenOffice.org are you using?2.4What Operating System (version) are you using?WindowsXP
What is your question or comment?I have some calculations sheets produced under an earlier version of Open Office that use Macros. Since down loading version 2.4 the Macros are blocked for security. How can I open these calculation sheets and use the Macros in this later version of Open Office?

Tools -> Options -> OpenOffice.org -> Security -> Macros security. Set the level as "Medium".

Unfortunately this hasn't cleared the problem. I have a workbook consisting of 3 sheets. The calculations carried out on the first sheet are not picking up the data basis on the other 2 sheets. Any suggestions why not?

Can you upload a sample file (see: How to attach a document here)?
