Construct Basic business database

Im trying to make one myself, but if you can make me a really good one in a short amount of time i can pay you something around $50-$100 (via paypal)
I have a home business selling used computers/parts in bulk to other businesses and also (mostly) over ebay/craigslist. I want a database that can keep track of my sales, inventory, contacts, and expenses, and profits. I want to be able to fill out a form for everything i sell/buy that will update my inventory and calculate how much ive made. The most important thing for the database would be the inventory and sales. Ive been keeping track of everything on calc so far, but its very inefficient, especially for inventory.
I need a more efficient method of inputting stuff into my inventory lists - like ill buy 1000 computers off someone, all of them with slightly different specs. Id like a system in wich all, or some, of the specifications they share can be inputted together (like if there all dell's i can input that at once, and if 100 of them have 40gb hard drives, i can input that at once)
Another problem i have with inventory is mixing parts. Like ill take those 1000 computers, figure out and input the specifications for each one to make sure i got what i paid for, and then ill mix and match the parts, like ill take the hard drive out of one and put it in another and sell it like that, or ill replace the optical drive with one that i bought 1000 of off of someone else last month... It gets really confusing with the system ive got now, and i cant accurately calculate how much profit ive made on each item.
Anyways, if your interested leave an email or MSN so i can contact you.
