Unwanted Font Change

Post by Misteri »

While typing in the Open Office Writer on my eeePC, something changed the font. The displayed font name and size are the same, but the typed font appears - I believe the word is "tele-typed". The characters including spaces are all the same size and don't look at all like the font that is named in the drop-down box at the top. I know I hit a wrong key while I was typing. I believe I may have been holding down the function key. This happened before a few years ago, but I don't remember how I fixed it then. I would be grateful for any suggestions for getting my font back. Thank you.

Select the "wrong" type and press Ctrl M. This will clear any direct formatting back to the predefined style, including the font defined for that style. If this does not help you may need to look at /Tools /Options /Oenoffice(.org) /Fonts and uncheck/remove any settings there.
