[/b]Hello,
I got a Samsung Tab 3 7.0 Lite SM-T110 with Android 4.2.2. Google-Play is not installed. Generally I'm glad about anything not pre-installed, especially by Google, but in this case I don't know how to install OO Android. All links I found lead to Google-Play and this cannot be installed? Has anybody a hint, how to install OO without Google-Play or, second best, how to install Google-Play?
Thanx
Uli

Re: Installation of OO on Samsung Tab 3
Apache OpenOffice is downloadable for Linux, Windows and Mac OS. There is no official build for mobile devices. The well known build for the Android platform is not supported by Apache. On this forum you will hardly find any information about that product.
On my non-google Android I installed a simple ODF reader from the F-Droid app manager. F-Droid manages open source software.
If I ever had to create rich text on a mobile device, I would use http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Markdown with a decent plain text editor.
