I need a data base created that I can track my insurance agency with. Nothing too fancy. Some of the requirements might be:

tracking different agents production (by policies sold, or amount of premium monthly)
tracking which companies business is being submitted to
tracking which clients have birthdays in a specific month
ability to export information (like email addresses for simple ad campaign to current clients)
track leads from each client

please let me know what other questions you might have

What do you think a time frame might be and cost to produce
