Eedit HTML pages from Microsoft Word using OO

Hi,

We have a intranet in our college campus where mostly every webpage is created using microsoft word, but now we are migrating to open office. but when we open our word web page in it whole format is getting destroyed. So is there any way around ? Plz help its urgent.

For html editing OpenOffice is not the best. Consider a dedicated application such as Kompozer or Blue Griffon.

But can the existing word page be editable in these apps without knowing html ?

The online way to learn HTML is go to http://www.w3schools.com. If you want a purely Drag and Drop type of web page you are stuck with Microsoft Word,Publisher and Front Page.

i sometimes use Kompozer. i feel it ok. you can get it
