[Solved] Error 1316 - Upgrade for 4.1

I downloaded the new version of openoffice, but when installing the message appeared: "A network error occurred while attempting to read the file C: \ Windows. | Installer \ openoffice401.msi" Error 1316.
sought solution on the internet without success.
can someone help me.
My English is not fluent, so I used a translator, I apologize for any errors.

Try repairing or reinstalling AOO 4.0.1. The file "openoffice401.msi" should not be in C:\Windows\Installer. The msi files stored in that location are renamed with random names. They don't have the original file name like "openoffice 401.msi".

I ran the recovery tool windows 8. Reinstalled the apps, and downloaded the open office 4.1.0, and installed successfully. I believe there was some error in windows (windows installer or other) record. Ja resolved. thank you all.
