Text Size of Help after update vers.

I did an update of the Open Office software. I have been using this as primary writer for quite a while. I have many disabilities which make sitting and seeing small text very painful and difficult. So when I tried to check with the Help file on my writer page I was stunned to see the print that was displayed on the Help choices on all tabbed pages were minuscule. I can't see the resolve to make the needed changes so that I can see anything on the Help. The Writer works fine and I am able so see and make changes on the Writer pages just fine-as per my usual. The problem is with the Help that I chose from the top of the writer page.

I did try to search many many places for help with help for over an hour. I even checked the tutorials (which I do plan on doing at a later time).
So pretty please guide me.
