iPad apps
I love versions 3 and 4 on my MacBooks. I have one question: is there now a downloadable app to an iPad? I was thinking about buying one with a Bluetooth-enabled wireless keyboard.

To the best of my knowledge, OO is not available for a mobile device like an iPad.
I was looking earlier to see if there was a version I could put on my tablet, but had the same (ie: no) luck as you are having.
