Place my custom Calc toolbar into Writer

I took some time in creating a very custom toolbar in OO Calc. Now I want to apply that same custom toolbar into Writer. Is this possible for this specific request?

I know that it's possible with an extension that tells in what modules the toolbar should be visible. Don't know with the manual process.
