[Solved] How to set time to TIMECODE ?

Post by ogodzillap »

hi,

i'm certainly not very good at Calc.
i use it for the musics i do for movies to store some information bout lengh and TIMECODE.

TIMECODE is a time information that has : hours : minutes : seconds : frames
depending on the movie most communs frame rates are : 25 / 30 / 60
so in 25 frame rate after 25 the seconds increase by 1

is there a way to do this in Calc ? so i can have some operations going on on these timecodes ?

thx :)

Greetings and welcome to the community forum!

Have you looked over the previous discussions concerning timecodes?
search.php?keywords=timecode

If those are not helpful, I think you're going to have to give us a specific problem that you need to solve and some sample inputs and the expected result.

Oops--that's the main topic I was thinking of. I never checked to see that it came up in the search. Good catch!
