[Solved] Change Font size and type for all labels

Post by schon731 »

I have created a new label using an Avery address label as the type. I type in the address and click create a new document and I get a full page of labels 3 across by 10 down. Is there a way to select the entire PAGE and change ALL of the fonts at the same time? I can do a ctrl A and select a single label and change the font but when I hit ctrl A twice, it selects the entire page but then the fonts dont change no matter which size or bold I choose. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

This kind of label page has one master label (top left); all the others are clones of the master: change the master and update all the others to get the changes for all the labels.

Normally OO Writer gives you a small floating toolbar with one button, labeled "synchronize labels". You can also sync using the main menu: Tools > Update > Links.

Thanks, that one took me a minute to figure out. I had to first goto the OPTIONS tab under New Labels and check of Synchronize Contents. Thanks again. I do have another question on another issue but I will post seperately. Thanks so much.

So sorry! I completely forgot to mention that.
