Welcome beginner. Please answer all of the questions below which may provide information necessary to answer your question.

Which version of OpenOffice.org are you using? 2.0
What Operating System (version) are you using? windows98
What is your question or comment? I have unknowlingly deleted permanent standard and object (formatting) toolbars from top of documents and am unable to get them back (only able to get floating toolbars) how to i retrieve them?
