[Solved] Adjusting table row height

Load TxtTable.odt.
The cell contents are too low. How to adjust that? How to increase the row height? Help says:
Changing the Height of a Row
To change the height of a row, place the cursor in a cell in the row, hold down the Alt key, and then press the up or the down arrow key.
I tried that. No effect.
Under TableFormat, there is a Columns tab, but no Rows tab where one could set the row height.
What am I missing?
I use OO2.3.1 under Windows XP

Alt Down works fine here to increase the Row Height.

You can also set it precisely from the Table menu, Autofit, Row Height, or drag individual rows.

Unfortunately there seems to be now way to set row height in Writer in an similar way as column width, 20 rows, make them equal and define cm. For me the problem is not solved.
Sorry, I found a solution to set all rows same height: Menu Table > Autofit > select ROW HEIGHT. It accepts cm.

Hope this helps, Autofit is not exactly a good choice word.
