I do not use MS mail. My primary Email is through JUNO.COM. How do I setup Office to use that EM address when I use the FILE>SEND>EMAIL.
All attempts result in a "No link to EMAIL..."
Any advice appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the community!
The email function in OpenOffice needs a configured email client (like Thunderbird, MS Outlook, etc.) to work. It will not work with an online email service.
Maybe also the discussion in this thread helps.

Re: How to have Office recognize EMAIL provider
Thanks. I'll check out that conversation. I do use Exp 6X for a browser and none of my other apps fail to find and use it. I have ignored Outlook, and Exp has served me well with few if any problems.
I have it set in the INET TOOLS as the primary Email address/link but I'll check again.
