Greetings and welcome to the community forum!
Sorry, Calc doesn't store images in cells--cells can only contain simple text or numeric values. Everything else is tacked on top of the cell grid. You can anchor an image to a particular cell and the image should stay in the same position, relative to that cell. In my experience, that linkage is not dependable.

Hello, acknak
I feel difficult to insert an image into a cell.
Is it possible to insert an image into a sheet ?
If possible, please show me how to do it by UNO interface.
Best regards

You can import images into a Calc document by macro code.
See these threads on another Forum:

http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=178847
and you can align pictures to the cells:

Note:
...The images have not stored IN THE CELLS, but they are "stored" in a graphical layer of the sheet.
