Print macro for Writer mail merge needed

I have a custom application that uses OpenOffice 2.1 as for mail merge functionality. The only problem is that to print the form letter the data from the query has to be manually selected every time. For the vast majority of cases there is only one set of data the will required selection. There is only one printer but multiple trays for different documents. I need a macro that will simply select the first row of data to be printed.
I can post some screenshots if that will help.

I suspect this is a trivial project for someone but I don't have the time to learn any code so paid help would be great :-)

Are you still using OpenOffice.org 2.1 version, really?
It's rather old and deprecated by now.

The recent versions are:
ApacheOpenOffice 3.4.1,

or
LibreOffice 3.6.5 (recommended by the developers of the LO).
The newest stable LibreOffice version is: 4.0.1

Yes it's the only one that is compatable with the application we are using

Screenshots may help. Its not clear to me what you require. What makes OO compatible with your application that isn't available in later versions?
