I am importing a text from Firefox (some automatically generated documentation from a design tool). It looks good and I can generate also a PDF which is OK. When I am now
saving the Document in Writer and then load it again, one section is missing and replaced by a strange looking table.

Method used for import:
- select all in Firefox
- copy in Firefox
- past in Writer
I am using OO 2.3

Could you please be more specific about this? What do you mean by a strange-looking table?

Is it from an Internet site? If so, could you please provide a link to the page that has the content you want? Perhaps if someone here can reproduce the problem we'll be able to see why it's behaving that way.

I tried the same in Staroffice 8. There it is working correctly.

You are right, without the page it is impossible to solve. I will put the page on the net and send the location.
