See this old thread. A Google search yielded very few results, so there probably aren't many people interested in OOo (or any other non-MS software) to open Outlook's otf files.

Yes, I had seen the old thread, but wondered if there was something new, but it appears no.
If only I had a nickel for every dollar MS has cost me in lost time and wasted effort......
