window vista premium Error 0x8007000E

I am a beginner.
After I have installed OpenOffice.org 2.3.
I can't open window email with windows vista premium.
I get the error 0x8007000E and the message from norman: W32/Tibs.BDVF.
Also I get the message: Windows e-mail can't start because MSOE.DLL can't initalised.
I have my systeem compleet restored and then opens window e-mail normally
with member can my help with this problem

It is not the 0x8007000E,5 but 0x8007000E.
I can't find postvak in or out to remove.
