I have two tables, staff table and a task table. I have created a staff with a task subform. I want to set the subform to only show tasks that have a certain status. I can do a filter on a single option, but how do I add more than one? Can you have more than one criteria in a form filter?
Cheers,
Dave

Re: Add criteria to subform
Sorry for being so late on this.
The simple answer is yes.
Use the Form based filter function. This lets you enter data in as many of the fields as you like. They all form an AND condition and must therefor all be true
On your form the Form Baed Filter function ( tool button ) is found on the Data Navigation tool bar, normally found at the bottom of the form. It is the button second from the right.
