Icons don't work !

Hi, my problem is simple, the icons don't work; when I click on them, that's what it says:

''Missing vcl ressource. This indicates that files vital for localization are missing. You might have a corrupt installation.''

I have the 2.4 version, on windows XP.

Please help me if you can!

Uninstall and reinstall OpenOffice.org. Grab a fresh copy from www.openoffice.org

Another choice is to reset your application profile
