Access to Subdata through FK Relationship

Hello,
At the beginning, it seems to be a simple task. Now i am at the beginning and not get forward.
I have a form with 4 fields. (in the Screenshot are missing a field right of Standort)
First Field is Barcode, which should be filled in automatically by a barcodescanner.
If the Barcode is scanned, the form should display the data (from Table Schlauch and Standort) for this ID
In the second line is the input field "Standort" this should be also a barcodefield and next to this field it should be displayed the Field 'Standort' out of the table 'Standort'
Is that possible and how can I do that? I use the OO Portal with Pyton on a USB-Stick and Windows XP Prof.
