Content with Hyperlinks

Using Openoffice 2.3 writer I create a Content, edit the content enclose the item text as hyperlink. (all levels)

in my document i select the different headers of my text and change them into content items.
When i rebuild the content, everything look ok, but there are no hyperlinks,
when i look in content editor the example looks ok.

I'v look in different document on the internet to see what i'm doing wrong, but somewhere i'm missing something, i don't succeed in creating it.

Can you give me a basic stepthrue from creating a content, to selecting items and getting hyperlinks ?

A stupid question probably but you do know that normal clikcing does not work on hyperlinks anymore?
You have to press CTRL when you click.
