Bonjour

a) Where do you (re)open your RTF file?
b) Did you try print preview or just printing? Is the image still missing?

I have a similar problem, but it's with files written on OpenOffice and saved in .doc format. I'm writing a thesis chapter which consists of text and pictures. Some - not all - of the pictures seem to disappear when I re-open the file. However, by clicking at the left hand side, I bring up the little green squares which mark the corners. By dragging one across the page, I 'open' the picture. BUT - even if I save straight away, when I open the document later, the same thing has happened. If I drag them open and print, the hard copy is fine. If I don't, they don't, and the hard copy has blank spaces.
The picture hasn't disappeared (good). It's shrunk to about one pixel wide. But why? All the pictures in this file are .gif. The file size is currently about 8Mb. Only some of the pictures do this, not all. They seem to be the ones that go later in the document. A previous chapter, much larger, doesn't have this problem.

This is a different problem which you've already posted in another thread. You've received several replies, but haven't responded to them. You should reply to that thread if you're still having problems.
