Graphics tablet

Post by momm2angelz »

I am new to open office. I had a computer crash and upgraded to Windows 7 pro 64 bit. Unfortunately some of my old programs do not work. I have a graphics tablet I am trying to use. I know it will work with Microsoft Office but am reluctant to buy this suite to hand write or allow the kids to draw and write.

I also use it in Photoshop elements 10, but would like to be ale to create or edit a document.

Does Open office support a graphics pad, have an inking tool or other ways to use a pen?

Thanks for your help.

Some Wacom graphics tablets are reported to work in OpenOffice:

Install your tablet, download OpenOffice (free, so it won't cost you anything) and try it. If it doesn't work with your tablet, simply remove it and install some other program.
