Printing all records on forms

Post by AdrianLiv »

I have created a form based on an equipment information list which is on a table I cut and pasted from a spread sheet, My problem is that I would like to be able to print all of the records on the form a designed to keep as a hard copy but have only been able to print the current record. There are probably about 200 equipment detail in my list and printing 1 record on 1 form at a time would be painfully slow, is there any way of printing all the forms at once for each equipment item?

Thanks in advance for your help.

It is the esasiest way go back to Calc, register your database as datasource, F4, and pull all table or fileds what you want to print into a sheet, print it out.
Another solution use reports based on tables to print out database.

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I will try the reports way, Will have to find I good tutorial on creating reports. The last database program I used was Microsoft Works and with it you where able the switch between list and form view to print out either the list table or forms, in the list view ticking all the records meant that when you moved to form view and printed, all the records printed on there indivual forms.
