Problem creating my first form...

I am trying to create my first form. My database has 11 tables and I want some fields from each table in the form. When I choose some fields from certain tables and switch tables, the ones I first selected disappear and they don't show up in the form.... What am I doing wrong??

You can create one mainform from with connection to one table, and you can add more subforms with any other tables.
If you change source of on created connection to special table, original connection will be lost.
Go to Form navigator on Form design toolbar, open it, right click on Form>New>Form.
Right click on newly created Form, select Properties, Data tab, Content type -table, on Content add your next table.
