How to Create Fax Document

I must be blind and I'm sure this program already has a template for it.

None-the-less, I CAN NOT find it and when I do a search, it shows me how to send a fax through the actual program...

HELP! How do you I create a document template for FAXES!?!? In MS OFFICE WORD you can choose different designs. At this point, I just want to the basic form so I can fax professional letters to clients ASAP!

p.s. When I open MS OFFICE WORD documents with this program, Print Preview is fine but when I actually Print, it does NOT print out the entire document. Any suggestions? THANK YOU! Maybe I need to start different thread instead of adding in here.

Open your preferred Word template.
File>Templates>Save... saves the template in this office suite.
Now you have a fax template and you can print it using your preferred printer driver for fax messages.
