macros for all network users

Hi,
how can I create a macro that is available for all my network users?
I would like to create a central libary on our domain controller (win 2003 server)
and all users that login (fat clients, win 2000 and win XP and Terminal servers win 2003) on our network
should get these macro's available in Openoffice 2.3.1 (or in near future 2.4)
Where do I tell Openoffice to look in this (mapped) network folder and add these macros so they are available for our users?
