Hi
My web project user interface language doesn't matter while opening soffice documents, right? and it uses 2 property files namely .en and .ch for english and chinese.
and for my system, i have no idea about that
can you make it clear?

What's your system? (Please read the Survival Guide for the forum).
Language may have an influence as you'll find if you search oooforum (where you've posted) with your error message.
As this is more related to Java, I move the thread to the Java forum, perhaps you'll get more attention from code gurus.
