Print purchase order document: how?

Hi everybody, sorry for the bad english
i've built a simple warehouse management system with base (here you can download it http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LMN6Z9LV :tables, forms and queries seem to work.
What i'm trying to do now is find the easiest way to print the document to be sent to the supplier: given de "id_ord" (pk of orders table) i want to print the details of the order (query "dett_ord_calc") and something else: everything is linked to "id_ord" with specific queries or tables already compiled.
I've tried in 3 different ways, none of them seems to work:
1. i've tried to install report builder but it gives me error, can't make it work (here's the error: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Y55VH7JI)
2. i've tried to export specific form ("stampa ordini___da impaginare") where i put everything i need organized properly in main and subforms: even if everything seems to be in the right place, the pdf contains only few of the total number of fields i required and i can't explain way...
3. i've opened writer, f4 and drag&dropped the fields i need: can't print automatically fields from different tables and queries: it's impossible to store everything i want to print in only 1 specific table or query.
How sould i do? How do you guys do? Thank you!

1. To install report builder to ubuntu version of OOo, not use version downloadable from extension site.
Install openoffice.org-report-builder package with package manager.
